Refund and cancellation policy

JobberWise sells drafts in one-time packs. This page explains when a pack can be refunded. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
A pack is a number of drafts — application emails JobberWise writes for you — to be used before the pack’s expiry date. Each pack is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews or is charged again automatically.
2. Delivery
Packs are delivered digitally. The drafts are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Nothing is shipped.
3. When a pack can be refunded
You can get a full refund for a pack when both of these are true:
- you ask within 14 days of buying it, and
- no draft from that pack has been used.
Drafts are always used from your oldest pack first, so a pack you have just bought stays untouched until any drafts you already had are used up or expire.
4. When a pack cannot be refunded
- Once any draft from the pack has been used.
- More than 14 days after buying it.
- For drafts that have expired.
- For drafts given free of charge — on sign-up or by the operator — which have no cash value.
5. Our mistakes are always refunded
If you are charged twice for the same pack, or charged and the drafts never reach your account, you get your money back in full, whenever you tell us. A draft that fails to generate never uses up a draft from your pack, so it never needs refunding.
6. Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. You are only ever charged when you start a purchase yourself. A payment you leave unfinished is not charged.
7. How to ask for a refund
Email parsediyarishabh@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, and include the payment ID shown under Receipts in Drafts & billing. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, and the pack’s drafts are removed from your account. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
