Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
JobberWise is a personal project offered free of charge, by invitation. Using it means accepting these terms.
1. Access
Access is granted per Google account and may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason. There is no subscription, no fee and no guarantee of continued availability.
2. You are responsible for what you send
The app drafts emails; it never sends them on its own. Every message is reviewed and sent by you, from your own mailbox, and you are responsible for its content and for who receives it.
Drafts are produced by an automated system and may contain mistakes, including wrong names, wrong companies, or claims that do not reflect your experience. Read every draft before sending it.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing.
- Only upload material you are entitled to use — your own Resume and your own writing.
- Respect the terms of the sites you take screenshots from, and the privacy of people whose contact details appear in them.
- Do not attempt to access another account’s data or to disrupt the service.
4. Your content
Your Resume, writing samples and profile details remain yours. No ownership over them is claimed, and they are used only to operate the app for you.
Operating the app means sending some of that content to Google’s Gemini API. What Google is permitted to do with it depends on the API tier in use, and is set out in the privacy policy. Read that section before uploading anything you would not want processed by a third party.
5. Availability and change
The app may be modified, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice. Keep your own copies of anything you would not want to lose.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use — including missed opportunities, emails sent in error, or data loss.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on Google (sign-in, Gmail, Gemini), Cloudflare and Vercel. Their own terms apply to their parts of the service, and outages or changes on their side may affect it.
